Over the last decade, Strathmore has invested more than KES 1 billion in scholarships through collaborations with industry partners, donors, staff, students, and alumni, enabling about 15 percent of its undergraduates to receive financial assistance, with the aim of increasing that to 25 percent; remarkably, over the past 10 years, these efforts—including the Strathmore Annual Run—have supported over 11,000 students across 20 African countries and disbursed KES 1.5 billion in scholarships
